Ace Tamil actor Dhanush was last seen in Maari 2 directed by Balaji Mohan which has not done well at the box office. The actor is currently shooting for two movies one is Vetrimaraan’s Asuran and another one is director Durai Senthilkumar’s yet to be titled movie.
The actor is also scheduled to act in Maari Selvaraj and Karthik Subburaj’s next movies. Pre-production work is going well for these movies and shooting is expected to commence later this year. It is said that director Karthik Subbaraj has finalized the female lead role for the movie and it is none other than young Malayalam cinema actress Aishwarya Lekshmi.
Currently, she is working on Vishal-Sundar C’s yet to be titled movie which is expected to hit screens later this year. Sources also reveal that Karthik Subbaraj is planning to rope a Hollywood star in the movie. The official announcement is expected later this month.
