Actor Suriya was last seen in the movie NGK directed by Selvaraghavan and produced by dream warrior pictures. The movie was not received well by the audience and it is high time for Suriya to give a hit and back on track.
He is currently shooting for Soorarai Poottru directed by Sudha of Iruthi Suttru fame. His other movie Kaappaan directed by KV Anand is waiting for the release. Already shooting has been completed for the movie and post-production work is going on full swing.
It is a multi-starrer movie and has got actor Arya and Malayalam superstar Mohanlal doing crucial roles. Lyca productions have been bankrolling the project and the movie is expected to hit the screens in August this year. The latest buzz is that Sony music India has bagged the audio rights for the movie.
