IYONS (International Youth NGO's Summit), happens  to be the pioneer summit which will witness the presence of top Youth NGO leaders from all around the globe. Representatives from over hundred and twenty countries will take part in this mega event  which will high light the needs and necessaries of the developed and the under privileged countries .Traditional classical dance and

performance by the band “V take off”  were followed by explanation on the  IYONS marked the inauguration of the event. The highlight of the first day event was the speakers session .This compromised of more than 14 chief guests which included renowned personalities like actor  Mr.Senthil Balaji Transport Minister,Tamilnadu government,Mr.Vijaybaskar ,Minister of health ,Dr.Palam Kalyanasundaram/Man of millennium awardee and Actor Nasser were there to witness the event and deliver the key notes. Their valuable and informative speech  was acknowledged with standing ovation.

 

 IYONS carrys a tag “The change begins”. Hence the session  worked on that theme. The session voiced the opinion of the eminent speakers towards the global change. The representatives acknowledged the same and the reason behind IYONS  was stressed and shared among them selves. More and  more guest added colors to the event on the first day, which included Mr.Lakshmi Naryanan,Vice chairman ,Cognizant, Ms.Rageena Jeppiaar-Director Jeppiaar college , Shri.naresh gupta-former chief election commissioner tamilnadu ,Shri.deeepak sasthri-airportdirector, Shri v.ponraj sir.Scientific advisor to the former president Dr.Kalam Sir and many more eminent personalities. IYONS is a three day event and is being held at Jeppiar college of Engineering. The Honourable Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu Ms Jayalalitha ever supportive to such  meaningful conclaves happening in Tamil Nadu wished the organizers of the event a great success and sent them a letter of greeting .
