Dr. Agarwal’s Eye Hospital inaugurates state-of-the-art eye-care hospital at Ambattur
* Free eye surgeries will be performed on 100 needy people from poor socio-economic background
Chennai / June 6, 2019: Dr. Agarwal’s Eye Hospital, the globally renowned pioneers in eyecare since 1957, have opened a state-of-the-art eye care hospital at Ambattur, one of the fastest growing areas in Chennai, to cater to the discerning population. Popular actor N. Santhanam, who was the Chief Guest at the inaugural event. Dr. Adil Agarwal, Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Agarwal’s Group of Eye Hospital, and Dr. Kaushik PB, Head – Clinic Services, Dr Agarwal Eye Hospital, Ambattur were also present on the occasion.
To mark the inauguration of the Ambattur facility spread across 4,775 sq. feet, Dr Agarwal’s Eye Hospital has announced that eye surgeries will be performed completely free of cost to 100 needy persons from poor socio-economic background.
Addressing the guests about the importance of eye donation, Actor Santhanam said, “It gives me immense pleasure to inaugurate the new facility of Dr. Agarwal’s Eye Hospital in Ambattur.

Hence, to bridge the gap, we have decided to perform free eye surgeries on 100 people from poor socio-economic background.
